Meet Our founders. They are friends and batch-mates from one of the top Asian Business schools, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, with 30 years of cumulative experience across multiple functions such as Strategy. Service Selling. Sales, Marketing, Digital, Consumer Behaviour & Insights, Finance, etc. They are passionate about helping businesses grow disproportionately and about unlocking the latent talent in under-served pools such as women professionals who have taken a career break but want to work flexibly.

She leads Business Development & Marketing, focusing on helping companies understand and unlock the massive potential that a flexible workforce can bring. She has nearly a decade of experience prior to FlexiBees, in Branding, Communication, Marketing and Sales with Hindustan Unilever

Rashmi, COO

(Chief Operations Officer)

She leads Recruitment, Technology & Digital, building the back-bone that helps us deliver best-fit talent at scale to businesses. Before this, she was leading the Media, Digital & e-commerce Insights Practice for P&G in Asia and prior to that, was a Product Developer at i2 Technologies

Deepa, CTO

She leads Talent Sourcing & Management, Project Operations, and Finance & Legal. She handles diverse verticals, however her primary focus is to build an ever expanding, skilled and job-ready talent pool for FlexiBees. Before this, she has worked as a Management Consultant in KPMG and in the fast-growth Education space with Aptech
